Own Risk
Training at PT-Haarlem is done at your own risk.
Cancellations
PT-Haarlem reserves the right to cancel sessions in cases of illness, accidents, public holidays, or unfavorable weather conditions. In such cases, the expiration date of your credits will be extended accordingly.
Termination of Activities
PT-Haarlem may terminate its activities. In such cases, the client will receive a refund for any remaining credits.
Privacy
Personal data of clients will not be shared with third parties, except for the Virtuagym app.
Health Communication
Clients are encouraged to inform the trainer in advance of any health issues, limitations, or special needs. This helps to tailor the training to individual requirements.
Punctuality
It is important that clients arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, without the right to a refund. The agreed end time will be maintained.
Professional Trainers
The trainers at PT-Haarlem are professional, knowledgeable, and motivated during the sessions.
Safety and Well-being
The trainer is committed to the safety and well-being of the client and will carefully select exercises and activities to minimize the risk of injury. Training at PT-Haarlem is always at your own risk.
Liability
Liability limitations and disclaimers are established to clarify the responsibilities of both PT-Haarlem and the client in case of injury or damage. PT-Haarlem is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of training programs and materials belong to PT-Haarlem, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
PT-Haarlem reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or other communication channels.
Clothing and Hygiene
Clients must wear clean, appropriate sportswear. The use of a towel during training is mandatory, and bringing a water bottle is recommended. A water tap is available in the studio.
Arrival Before Class
Clients are requested not to arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of the session.
Appointment Cancellation
If a client cannot attend a session, they must cancel it at least 12 hours in advance via the Virtuagym app and send a WhatsApp message to the trainer. Otherwise, the session will be charged.
Payment Terms
Clients must pay via iDEAL through the Virtuagym app. Clients can only attend sessions if they have active credits.
Credit System
Clients can only attend sessions using credits; each session equals 1 credit. If a client has 0 credits, it is not possible to attend a session. Each credit represents one session. If the credits have expired, attending a session is no longer possible.
Adjustment of Credit Expiry Date in Trainer’s Absence
If the trainer is unavailable due to illness or other circumstances and no replacement is available, the expiration date of the credits will be adjusted.
Credit Expiry Date
Personal training credits are valid from the moment of purchase:
€44 per session (10 sessions for €440, valid for 20 weeks)
€40 per session (20 sessions for €800, valid for 40 weeks)
