GROUP CLASSES PT-HAARLEM

Exercising at PT-Haarlem is at your own risk.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
If a client is unable to keep an appointment, a 12-hour cancellation period applies. Cancellations must be made via the Virtuagym app.
CANCELLATION BY PT-HAARLEM
PT-Haarlem reserves the right to cancel training sessions in cases of illness, accidents, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. Please note that PT-Haarlem is closed for holidays for 5 weeks per year.
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITIES BY PT-HAARLEM
PT-Haarlem may cancel activities. In that case, the client will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
PRIICACY
Client personal data is not shared with third parties, with the exception of the Virtuagym app.
HEALTH COMMUNICATION
Clients are encouraged to inform the trainer in advance of any health conditions, limitations, or special needs. This helps us tailor the training sessions to their individual needs (to the extent possible within the constraints of the group class).
ON-TIME ARRIVAL
It is important that clients arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened training session, without the right to a refund. The agreed-upon end time will be adhered to.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS
The trainers at PT-Haarlem are professional, knowledgeable, and motivated during the sessions.
SAFETY AND WELL-BEING
The trainer is committed to the safety and well-being of the client and will carefully select exercises and activities to minimize injuries. Exercising at PT-Haarlem is always at your own risk.
LIABILITY
Limitations of liability and indemnities are established to clarify the responsibilities of both PT-Haarlem and the client in the event of injury or damage. PT-Haarlem is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The intellectual property rights of training programs and materials belong to PT-Haarlem, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PT-Haarlem reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of this by email or other means of communication.
CLOTHING AND HYGIENE
Clients must wear clean, appropriate sportswear. The use of a towel during training is mandatory, and bringing a water bottle is recommended. A water dispenser is available in the gym.
PAYMENT SYSTEM 1
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION GROUP CLASS TERMS AND RULES
Fixed day, fixed time: Only with a subscription will you be automatically booked on your fixed day(s) and time(s). This means you are always guaranteed a spot. (With the 10-lesson card, you book yourself in.)
Fees: Training once a week: €65.40 per month.
Fees: Training twice a week: €114.95 per month.
Payment: Easy via monthly iDEAL payment or direct debit.
Vacation: Going on vacation? You can freeze your membership for 4 weeks per year. (You’ll then pay less the same month or the following month.)
Can’t train due to illness or other circumstances? No problem! Missed lessons can be made up afterward or in advance (within 2 weeks), provided there’s a spot available in another group.
Studio closure:
The studio is closed for 5 weeks each year due to the trainer’s vacation. We are also closed on public holidays. Your membership is processed as follows: Trainer’s vacation: During the 5 weeks of the trainer’s vacation, your membership is paused. This means that the membership fee for that month (or the month immediately following) will be reduced pro-rata. You only pay for the weeks the studio is open. Note: If a replacement trainer is available, the studio can remain open and your subscription will continue. However, this is not guaranteed. Public holidays: The studio is closed on public holidays. These closing days are included in the regular monthly rate; no deduction or break will be made for these.
Pausing due to illness/injury: Are you unable to train for more than 2 weeks due to illness or injury? Then you can pause your subscription in consultation with the PT-Haarlem trainers under the following conditions:
Break of up to 4 weeks: The direct debit will stop, and we will keep your spot in the class.
After 4 weeks: Do you want to keep your spot? Then the subscription (and the direct debit) will automatically resume after these 4 weeks.
Freeing up your spot: Are you unable to come to training yet and do you choose not to pay after 4 weeks? Then we will release your spot to others, and you can only return later if there is space in the class again.
You can request a break from the PT-Haarlem trainers after a 2-week absence.
Canceling your subscription: You can cancel your membership at any time.
How it works: After you cancel, your membership will continue until the end of the following calendar month.
Example: If you cancel on March 15th, April will be your last month, and you can continue training until April 30th.
Final payment: After you cancel, you pay one more time for the last full month.
The subscription is personal. Arrange it directly via the customer zone in the virtuagym app. Send an email to pt-haarlem@hotmail.com. We’ll be sad to see you go, but you’re always welcome back, provided there’s room in one of our group classes.
To activate direct debit, pay the first invoice once via the iDEAL link. Subsequent payments will then be automatically debited from your account.
The direct debit takes place on the 28th of each month. If the 28th of the month falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the debit will take place on the next business day.
Credit issuance: Your lesson credits are always credited on the day of the week your subscription starts. (For example: if you start on a Wednesday, you’ll receive a new credit every Wednesday.)

The 10-Run Card (Flexibility)
Do you prefer to decide when you train, rather than having a fixed day or time? You can do that with a class pass.
Self-booking: You can book yourself through the Virtuagym app. Participation is based on availability (first come, first served).
Reservations:
Reservations can be made through the Virtuagym app.
Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Fee: A 10-class pass costs €185.30.
Validity of a class pass: A class pass is valid for a maximum of 12 weeks.
The class pass is personal.
Studio closure: The studio closes 5 weeks per year. In the event of closure or cancellation due to illness or holidays, for example, the expiration date of the credits will be extended accordingly.

1 CREDIT GROUP CLASS (VALID FOR 48 HOURS)
Validity of a credit: A credit is valid for a maximum of 48 hours.
1 credit equals 1 training session.
1 Credit: €16.35. The credit is valid for a maximum of 48 hours. (Bookings within 48 hours only.)
The credit is personal.
Studio closure: the studio is closed for 5 weeks per year. In the event of closure or cancellation due to illness or holidays, for example, the credit expiration date will be extended accordingly.
